I’m Mahadi, a Computer Science & Engineering student at Sejong University in Seoul, South Korea, originally from Bangladesh. My academic journey has been shaped by extraordinary experiences — from being part of my country’s first NASA HERC University team to conducting international research published in an indexed journal.
Most recently, I worked remotely as an International Research Assistant (IRA) under a lecturer from Universitas Dian Nuswantoro (UDINUS), Indonesia. This research resulted in a published paper in JUTIF (Vol. 6, No. 1, 2025) and was recognized by Indonesian Embassy officials in Bangladesh.
I believe in building things that matter — whether that’s a smarter academic system, a rover for NASA, or a more inclusive community. I am always open to collaboration, research partnerships, and new challenges.
Developed a system using LDA topic modeling and Cosine Similarity to match students with thesis supervisors. Published in JUTIF Vol. 6 No. 1, 2025. Highest coherence score: 0.764.
Part of Bangladesh’s first NASA HERC team from North South University. Designed a human-powered rover for lunar-like terrains. Competed at U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville, Alabama — April 17, 2024.

Volunteered to support the COVID-19 vaccination initiative at two BGB-controlled colleges. Organized a seamless process for 2,500+ HSC candidates and oversaw security for distinguished government guests.

Alhamdulillah — deeply honored to have been awarded the prestigious Saudi Government Scholarship to pursue a Bachelor’s degree at King Khalid University (KKU), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Fully funded, granted to a limited number of outstanding international students in recognition of academic excellence and potential.
